2 more days!!!

Just 2 more days to register! Please, if you are even considering playing, JUST DO IT! It is going to be a great day with old friends and good, competitive volleyball. Registration will be open until July 1st. After that date, registration will be closed.

Registration is open

Just for clarification- Registration is still VERY MUCH open. The early bird rate is no longer available but you can register thru the end of June. We have several individual players registered and looking for a team so go ahead and sign up. Remember, only half of your team needs to be BRHS grads, so feel free to invite friends to play on your teams.

$20 dollar fee deadline

These are the last few hours to register for the $20 dollar tournament fee. Tomorrow at 8 a.m. the fee will increase to $35 dollars. We have several teams already registered and many single players ready as well. If you are still on the fence about attending, we encourage you to sign up! There is no place like Pinetop in the summer and add volleyball to that...well, you just can't beat it! We are going to have a great time and we may even have a prize or two for the winning team. 100% of your registration fee will go directly to benefit the BRHS volleyball program! We would love to see each of you there. Register above and pay to the side...go, go, go!!

Registration Deadline

Hello Everyone! Just wanted to let everyone know that I have extended the $20 registration fee deadline until Sunday night. Since it took so long for me to get all the forms working, it thought it was fair to give everyone a few extra days to register without a fee increase. Monday morning (5/7/2012) the registration fee will increase to $35 dollars per person. 


I also added a graduation year on the single player form so that I might be able to match up teammate a bit better.  


Please go get registered! It is going to be a wonderful weekend up in the pines. The tournament is going to be really fun but we can't make this tournament a success without each and every one of you! A HUGE thanks to those of you have already registered!! 

I am hoping to clarify the registration process thru this post. As anticipated, we had a few bugs but I believe they have been worked out. We have two ways of registering for the tournament. You can register online or via the postal service. The first two tabs above are for registering via the postal service. Just print off the form, fill it out and send it to me. Please email me for my address @djhoneyball@gmail.com. The last two tabs are for registering online. You can fill out the forms and submit them online and you are registered. We also have set up a paypal tab to the right that you can pay the fee electronically. If you would like to pay with a check, again, please contact me for my address. 

Please note that the registration fee increases on May 1st. The sooner we get you all registered, the easier it is for us. As this is the first time we are coordinating the tournament, we will surely run into some issues! The more time we have to work them out, the better. So, please register as soon as you are able! Things are shaping up nicely! We don't anticipate having any sort of admission cost so get your friends and family excited too! We would love to see them all there, cheering you on! Forms are ready!

Thanks for your patience! We are ready to begin accepting registration forms. In the tabs above, you will find links for the team registration form as well as the single player registration form.  When you click on the link, you will be directed to a google document that you can download as a PDF (under File then Download as) and submit the form back to me via email. I would love it if we do most of this via email and PayPal. The PayPal link is set up on the sidebar. Tami created a link that will go straight to the BRHS Volleyball program's funds! I also understand that some of us aren't so tech savvy so I understand good old fashion mail and submitting the payment in the form of a check. If you need to send me your registration via the postal service please email me for my address as I don't want to post my home address for all the world to see! The forms have all the info we could think of to cover. If you have any questions please contact me thru our Facebook page as well as by email. My address is included in the registration pages.
